i’ve got a theory that people can hear what i think but i can’t hear me because i’m thinking it

because lately when i’ve been sat there thinking, and i think one of my most insecure thoughts or a secret or something, at least one person in the room looks at me weirdly, which i notice in the corner of my eye, just as i say it in my head

it’s happened to me all week, i’m so confused and frankly a bit worried
